Congratulations to our February 2025 Caught in the Act winners, Nancy Anderson and Gene Fredrickson!
Anderson, a Simmons Middle School Resource Room Educational Assistant, has been recognized in the categories of marking someone’s day and being there for others.
She was nominated by SMS Language Arts Teacher Kristen Ottenbacher, who wrote, “You do such a great job working with our students. Thank you for all you do and all your hard work!”
Fredrickson, Grounds/Maintenance Worker for the Aberdeen Public School District, has been recognized in the category of being there for others.
He was nominated by Linda White, a TLC Teacher for the Aberdeen Public School District, who wrote, “On those very cold days last week, Gene made sure our vehicles were running before school started. He makes sure any issues with the vehicles are fixed quickly, and regular maintenance is scheduled when it is convenient for our students.”
