Beginning July 2024, Activity Registration will be completed using Parent Portal and/or Student Portal for all athletics and any activities governed by the SDHSAA. Most forms will be completed through this online process except for Health History and Physical Forms which are available for download through the portal accounts or below.

YOU MUST COMPLETE ACTIVITY REGISTRATION THROUGH CAMPUS PORTAL ACCOUNTS.
