2nd grade celebrated Earth Day by creating recycling projects and doing a trash pickup around the school!





Local entrepreneur, Brodie Mueller, from The Market on the Plaza, made a visit to our 5th grade class! He shared with us about what it takes to start business and be successful! Thanks Brodie!


The School Board meeting for the Aberdeen Public Schools has been postponed until Tuesday, March 26 at 5:30 pm at the District Service Center.

Due to the continuation of the Winter Storm Warning, the Aberdeen Public Schools will be CLOSED on Monday, March 25. Winds are expected to increase overnight with the potential for more snow. Stay safe Golden Eagles!

Our elementary schools are celebrating #ReadAcrossAmerica with fun activities and dress-up days! On Tuesday, Simmons Elementary students wore pajamas and watched a movie. At Mike Miller Elementary, students wore colorful clothing—and got a visit from The Cat in the Hat!





These second graders are celebrating Read Across America week by being comfortable in their coziest clothes and are united by the pages of “All Are Welcome.”
